Get your Cholestrol checked , good and bad

and your Triglycerides

get your bloodsugar checked to

this is all done in a regular physcial blood work up

KNOW where you health stands so you can prevent bad things from coming up ( like cancer) all at once when its to late and the DR then tells you that you have 6 months to live but if would have had regular check ups you might have prevented it

Good idea. Preventative care is the most important thing. When you live your life like a pig and get cancer or heart disease, you are pretty much done. It'll be too late to fix it or change the way you live.

Even if you're healthy, it doesnt hurt to go. You pay for that health insurance out of your paycheck every 2 weeks, might as well use it!

prostate too?

Once you turn 50 you get the snake up the butt to scope you out for colon polyps. Even women get this in their checkup.

I looked and felt healthy at the age of 26 then on 02/15/02 was found to have a tumor that nearly obstructed my entire colon. If I had waited a bit longer, there's no telling where it would have spread. My tumor penetrated the colon wall and has barely made it's way into the lymphatic system. 26 rounds of chemo and a few shots of radiation and it's been clear sailing ever since. Looks and feels mean NOTHING.

exactly Labeeb..but mostly MEN fall into the DENIAL or are scared to go

or fall into the "im not going to the DR unless I feel sick routine"

it can be deadly to be in denial
